The 21st century is driven by knowledge, Market Forces and Technological revolutions. Due to globalization cut throat competition has become the buzz word where the survival of the fittest and the swiftest is the rule for the organizations as well as the individuals
Employment is giving way to employability and competitive edge to cutting edge, and therefore the educational institutions need to develop a mindset of integrated and wholesome human development rather than simple teaching
We have no option but to impart quality education to the poor students to enable them to effectively participate and win in the competitive environment.
We understand that the quality is never an accident. It is always a result of solid determination, high intentions, meticulous planning, sincere and continuous efforts, intelligent direction, skillful and errorless execution.
We must realize that there is no other alternative accept top quality education in all disciplines including technical, professional courses and we should equip our students with soft skills which are imperative in today’s business environment.
We need to have enabling environment for the integrated and wholesome development of our student and we believe that it should start from the pre-primary and primary level.
From the year 2003, the management has launched quality improvement program for the students appearing in S.S.C.Examination.
We had arranged 12 Hours camp for 30 days in all the four schools run by M.E.S. as a result we could get almost 100% improvement as compared to the previous year result. Management has continued the quality improvement program thereafter also with a cost of approximately Rs.18000 to 20000 per complex (before starting of Board Examination) towards light refreshments and remuneration to teachers for the extra hours of work. The cost for next 3 years, is expected to reach Rs.20 Lacs i.e., Rs. 2.0 Million.
Our overall plan of quality improvement would culminate into the following :
